First-up for the new stable and Dialect has found his winning ways at Stony Creek courtesy of determined victory in the $15,000 Fish Creek Maiden Plate (1100m).

Formerly trained by John O’Shea of Godolphin the son of Exceed and Excel had a solid record to his name prior to joining the stable with two placings at Canberra from just four starts. Settling handy to the speed from an outside barrier draw the horse grabbed the lead in the final bounds to break out of maiden grade under the guidance of Daniel Moor.

Dialect is the first foal to race from the dam Shibboleth who was a multiple winner and placegetter in the metropolitan region.

Raced by a group of loyal clients to the stable it was satisfying to see them reap the rewards at their first opportunity to get a return on investment. The three-year-old chestnut gelding looks to posses a lot of ability and we are confident there will be plenty more celebrations to come in the near future.
