Last start winner Hello My Friend returns to Moe on Tuesday July 28 as she attempts to make it 6 wins from her 27-start career in Race 5 on the program. The five-year-old was a very good winner over this track and distance last start and Allison Sheehan suggests there’s absolutely no reason she can’t do it again.
Hello My Friend led throughout last start on July 11, setting a solid pace and running very good time. In fact, the mare ran over two seconds faster over the 2447m trip than the other lead up on the same day.
“She’s going well and you’d have to think she looks over the odds at double figures based on her last start” Allison Sheehan stated.
Hello My Friend will likely roll forward again from barrier 2 and give the big field something to chase.
